ABOUT ME

My name is Leo, and I’m the owner and technician at Arrow Dent Repair.

I have over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a deep understanding of traditional repair processes and specialized expertise in paintless dent repair (PDR).

This background allows me to evaluate each repair honestly and choose the best method for your vehicle — not the most expensive one.

I work on one vehicle at a time, personally handling every repair.
No subcontractors. No rushed work.

When you choose Arrow, you know exactly who is working on your car and the standard behind it.

Why most dent repairs don’t last?

Many shops focus on speed, not precision.
Multiple cars. Multiple technicians. Little accountability.

That’s when:
    •    Paint gets compromised
    •    Panels look uneven under light
    •    The dent comes back
    •    Your vehicle loses value

Dent repair isn’t about speed — it’s about control

Every dent reacts differently.
Rushing the process is the fastest way to ruin a finish.

Careful access, patience, and knowing when to stop are what separate a quick fix from a proper repair.

A clear, pressure-free process

Step 1 — Free inspection
We personally inspect the dent and explain realistic options.

Step 2 — Focused repair
Your car is worked on individually — not shuffled in a queue.

Step 3 — Final approval
If the result doesn’t meet expectations, you don’t pay.

We guide you before we repair

Before you decide on any dent repair, you deserve to understand the process.

That’s why we created a simple guide explaining paintless dent repair —
honestly, clearly, and without sales pressure.

When Paintless Repair Is Not the Right Solution

In some cases, paintless dent repair is not the correct or responsible option.

This may include:
    •    Dents with broken or cracked paint
    •    Aluminum panels with severe impact
    •    Damage with no safe access for proper tools
    •    Panels where metal tension cannot be restored correctly

In these situations, attempting PDR can cause more damage, not less.

That’s why we don’t force repairs.

If replacement or repainting is the correct solution, we will tell you upfront — before any work begins.

Our priority is protecting your vehicle, not selling you the wrong repair.

FAQ

                Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)

01

Will it look perfect, or will I still notice the dent?

That depends on the depth, location, and severity of the damage.
Before any work begins, we evaluate the dent and explain the realistic outcome you can expect.
If a high-quality result isn’t achievable, we don’t recommend the repair.

02

Can PDR damage my car’s paint?

When done correctly, no.
We primarily use internal access techniques.
Glue pulling is used only on original factory paint.
Previously repainted panels require special evaluation — and that’s done before starting.

03

Can every dent be fixed with PDR?

No.
Severely stretched metal, structural damage, or extreme impacts may require painting or part replacement.
We prefer to say no rather than deliver a compromised result.

04

How long does the repair take?

It depends on the complexity of the damage.
Some repairs take a few hours; others require a full day.
We don’t rush repairs — rushing sacrifices quality.

05

Do you drill holes in the vehicle to access dents?

In most cases, we use factory access points.
Any alternative method is considered only as a last resort and explained in advance.
